This page explains who owns the content on Tower Defense Hub, what you may and may not do with it, and how to report content you believe infringes your rights.
Our original works
The content on this site is original work created by the Tower Defense Hub Editorial Team. That includes:
- all fifteen games, including their code and the way their mechanics are implemented;
- game maps and level layouts;
- the vector visuals drawn on HTML5 Canvas;
- the sound effects, which are generated procedurally with the Web Audio API;
- all guides, category pages, game descriptions and other text;
- the site's design.
We do not use third-party game assets. Our games are inspired by the tower defense genre in general; general genre ideas such as placing towers along a path are not owned by anyone, but our specific implementation, art, text and code are ours.
All of this content is copyright Tower Defense Hub.
What you may do

Reporting suspected infringement
We take intellectual property seriously and want to hear about it if you believe anything on this site infringes your copyright or other rights. Please send a report through the contact page and include:
- The work: a description of the original work you believe has been infringed.
- The location: the URL of the page on Tower Defense Hub where the material appears, and if possible a description of which part of the page.
- Your contact details: your name and an email address where we can reach you.
- A good-faith statement: a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law, and that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
How we handle reports
We review each report and respond using the contact details you provide. If we confirm that material on the site infringes someone's rights, we remove or replace it. If we believe the material is our own original work, we will explain why and may ask for further information. We may need to ask follow-up questions before reaching a decision.
Reporting copies of our work
If you find our games, code, visuals or guides published elsewhere without permission, we would be grateful if you told us through the contact page, with a link to where you found them.
