These terms of use apply to everyone who visits Tower Defense Hub. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the games
The games on Tower Defense Hub are free to play. They are provided for your personal entertainment. You do not need an account, and you do not need to pay anything to play any game or read any guide.
You agree not to:
- interfere with the site's operation, for example by attempting to overload it or gain unauthorised access to it;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- copy, re-host or redistribute our games, code, visuals, sounds or text, except as allowed in our copyright policy.
Our content and copyright
All games, code, maps, visuals, sounds, guides and other content on the site are original works and are copyright Tower Defense Hub. You may play the games and read the guides for personal use and link to any page. You may not copy the games, their code or our text for redistribution, or present them as your own. Game data saved on your device
Favourites, recently played games, best scores, daily challenge results and settings are stored in your browser's localStorage. We do not keep a copy. If you clear your browser data, change browser or device, or your browser removes stored data, this information may be lost, and we cannot restore it. See the privacy policy.
No warranty
The site and its games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the games working and the guides accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or bugs, or that any strategy advice will work for you. Our guides are for entertainment and general gaming information only; see our disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tower Defense Hub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, including the loss of locally saved game data.
Advertising
The site may display advertising once it is configured, subject to your consent as described in the cookie policy. Advertisements are provided by third parties. We do not endorse the products or services advertised, and any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them.
Links to other websites
The site contains links to external websites, such as Google's advertising settings pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.

If you send us a message through the contact page, please do not include sensitive personal information, and do not send content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may add, change or remove games, guides and features at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
